Refund Policy

  • If there’s no response for more than 7 days despite reminders from the Company, the Company reserves the right to pause development activities.
  • If there’s continued absence of response for more than 14 days despite reminders from the Company, the Company reserves the right to consider termination of the contract.

    Payment Conditions: 

    • The initial kick-off amount stands as non-refundable. 
    • For Indian clients, the stated cost includes an 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

    Upon plan expiration:

    • The client may opt for renewal by selecting from the available plans, subject to the standard costs applicable at that time.

Timeline

  • The solution will be delivered within a working time frame of 10 to 12 days.
  • Please Note: The timeline starts upon project kick-off and subsequent sharing of all client requirements.
